A delicate vintage hat/headband. Circa 1930. Made of red wicker with red fishnet veil. Inner lining seems like a hard cotton with velvet edging. Veil includes tiny little pom poms. Gently used. Very clean. No visible damage. Measures about 6" in length and 4" wide in the band at the thickest point.
