Beautiful vintage hat. Circa 1930. The hat feels like a rougher polyester type fabric with black shimmery detailing. The veil is a cream color detailed with tiny pom poms. The inner lining has several cream colored bows underneath a woven lining. Very clean. Gently used. The lining appears to be shorter on one side on the back; however, it appears to have been made that way - not damaged. No visible damage present. Inner hat measures 6-3/4" long and 6" wide. The brim measures measures 8" radius.
