ABOUT PRODUCTS
1.Please note that there may be 1-3 cm error because all the sizes are measured by hand.
2.All the items are real shooting; as different monitor, light exposure, technology, display, environment etc., the color may be a little different, the picture is for reference only, any discrepancy in future, please subject to the actual product.
3.Please note: the Material without professional identification. Some products maybe cut the labels and without tags. If you care about this, please let us know before purchasing.
ABOUT SHIPMENT
1. Usually we will ship the item within 1-3 days after the payment verification.
2. We ship the item free by Airmail parcel. Usually it takes about 10-49 business days to your place. Sometimes the customs inspection may also delay the parcel arrival date.
3. We can offer express delivery like EMS/DHL. In normal condition, it will take about 3-15 business days. If you want express delivery, please contact us.
4. Usually we write low value on the parcel to avoid taxes, if you have other demands, please let us know.
The buyer is responsible for any taxes charged by their country.
5. PLEASE NOTE: We hope goods arrive on time but since this is an international delivery, shipping time will be highly depends on the logistics company and local weather, customs and other reasons, hope you could understand.
6. If you have not received your parcel after 60 days from payment, please contact us freely, we will track your parcel and reply to you a.s.a.p. Our goal is for client satisfaction!
RETURN & EXCHANGE
1.ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order before the order is processed. Once a product is shipped, we can't accept the cancellation or exchange items. If you want to cancel the order, please kindly to choose the reason due to buyer or the other reason.
2.ORDER EXCHANGE OR RETURN
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you can return the item to get a full refund or exchange it. The returned Items should be unused, undamaged and in original package. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.
If the product you received has any problems, please contact us immediately after receiving it, we’ll solve any of your problems.
