1. Size or Fitness Issues. we ship according to footlength.if you have puzzles,please text us message.
e.g. if your footlength is 270mm,that is Eur 44. you can choose us 10.5.
2. Color Mismatch. Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons,like color reflection in the mirror,lighting,background,ect. please don't consider it as quality problem.
3. Packaging and Shipment. Generally will pack out via bubble bag instead of original box to avoid customs problems and ensure quick delivery.
