Return Policy
All returns must be sent within 7 days since being delivered(Pls contact with us at the first time when you find the problem) We only accept Products in their original condition- unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. Please provide a detailed explanation and your purchase number in the return package.
You need to pay the return shipping fee.
1) Quality problem
a. If the goods is defective as described, after confirming,you will receive a refund for the purchase price.
b. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you with no refund.
2) Size Error
a. Due to the dress is all handmade, if it has 1-2cm difference is not an error.
b. All our dresses are created with a margin for modification in case of measurement error.
3) Color Difference
If the item you receive is not the one you ordered, you will get a full refund. This issue not including if the difference caused by one's display.
4.Lead Time :Normally 15-26working days,We accept rush orders, Please enquire us freely,expedited time is within 7-10 days to ships out , but you need to pay an additional expedited fee 30 $.
