B. Shipping
1. It takes about 10-25 business days to reach most of countries.
(Except Italy, Russia, Israel, Argentina, Brazil, Latvia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, East Europe, South America, which will take 15-45 days). We will offer you the trackable tracking number after we sent out the parcel.

Belarus and Ukraine buyers, provide the full name will be better for custom clearance.

C. Refund
1. If you have not received the goods more than three month after we send you the parcel, please contact us.
2. If you received a defective product or you are not satisfied with the items, you could e-mail us and provide the photos to request for some refund or exchange for a new one.
