The joy of mountain biking is that you can anywhere. Except, you can’t. Some places are too boggy, too snowy, too sandy. Fat bikes were invented to conquer this, but they can be a bit weighty. The way around this is to get our 29+ carbon fiber mountain bike frame; it will eat trails for breakfast and get you to any place in the world in comfort and style.
What you are probably looking at is our raised drive side chain stay. This allows us to bring in your wheel, so even when running 29+ tires you will still have great handling and cornering ability. To be able to shape our chain stay in this way we have used Toray T700 carbon fiber. This has allowed us to build a very strong and light plus mountain bike frame.
By doing this, you will have to run a 1x set up, but that will look clean especially in conjunction with our PF30 bottom bracket. By using a PF30, we can make sure that the bottom bracket area is still super stiff and you lose none of your pedaling efficiency.
Our internal cable routing and tapered headtube help to finish off the clean look of this plus frame and make an aesthetically pleasing package. All of this is tied in with a 148 x 12mm rear end, again to add stiffness and allow room for 3” tires in this frame. You can now go anywhere.
