Criteria: This shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) is worn by the 330th Medical Brigade. A brigade of the USAR based at Fort Sheridan Reserve Complex in Fort Sheridan, IL. To Lead and Manage is their motto. Patch measures 2" wide by 3" high with hook and loop fasteners. Worn on the Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP) Army Combat Uniform (ACU). Sold individually.
