4). We do not responsible for any custom taxation if applicable in some country. (we send by international parcel, the taxation seldom happened in some countried)
5).As for the delivey destionations( your address) where only DHL or UPS are available, if it is the so called remote area by DHL or UPS, the additional fee should be paid by the buyer.

Return & Excharge
If we send the wrong style or the wrong color, we could refund you money or reship. Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
If the item can not meet your need, we can also accept your return, the couries service freight should be paid by buyer.
1.Return Notes:
when you receive the item, plas check the quality and quantity in time, you should pay the additional shipping fees incurred and ensure the item will be returned in good condition with original packaging. Feedback the reason where it gets wrong to us.
2.If you have any problem with the received itmes, pls contact us before you send the item back .
3.We will declare the parcel as a bottle at a low price to avoid problems at the custons, before returning items, pls make sure you get our (the sell's) return address. pls keep records of your return tracking number. we are not responsible or lost packages.
4.Pls list your special request (color, packages, value or declaration, etc.) in the remark when you make payment.
5.The picture as a result of the photography condition possibly has the chromatic aberration, if you are not sure about the color, pls contact us before you place the order .
6.If goods are damaged in transit, pls keep all documentation and packaging and contact with us within 7 days of receipt for returns instructions.
