38/50mm Clincher Novatec

Fancy a wheelset that is optimised to give you speed but also great handling? Not all of us live in a place that has no wind so riding super deep section carbon fibre rims on the front of our road bikes will not always work. That is why we paired our 38mm deep carbon fibre rim on the front with a 50mm rear carbon fibre rim.

Both of our rims are constructed from high modulus Toray T700 carbon fibre cloth. This allows us to build you a light, stiff, and affordable wheelset. We picked our 38mm front wheel rim as it is less susceptible to crosswinds. There is nothing quite like the feeling of your front wheel being dragged away from you by the wind. Our 38mm rim is designed to make sure that that feeling does not happen to you.

With our 50mm rim on the back, you will feel like your back wheel is turbocharged. Now you will have great handling for bunch riding and be aero enough to save you from pedalling as you draft. We have attached these fantastic carbon fibre rims to high-quality Novatec sealed bearing hubs. We have used Sapim CX-Ray spokes to attach the rim and hub; all through the build, this wheelset uses the highest quality of parts.

We used Novatec hubs as we have found them to be reliable and their sealed bearing is easy to service. This has allowed us to bring you this wheelset with a two-year guarantee. Fit and forget them to your bike, except for the fact you will be going faster.
