Advantages of ULV fogger

⭐ULVs are used to treat airspace with either water- or alcohol-based formulations. Alcohol-based formulations produce smaller sized droplets.

⭐Droplets can stay suspended in the air for five or six hours instead of a few minutes with a wet fogger/ mister, allowing for better penetration.

⭐The chance of over-wetting materials is greatly reduced when compared with wet (tri-jet) foggers.

⭐Good for application inside of forced-air ventilation systems and in crawl spaces.

Ultra-low Capacity Sprayer

Using the principle of air atomization and negative pressure adsorption, the spray solvent is sprayed out with high speed and very fine particles.

This mist blower is equipped with an extended coiled hose that can perfectly achieve ULV atomization. Extend this hose easily over your head to reach the desired spray area.

Adjustable Fog Volume

By changing the nozzle with different aperture, the size of droplets can be controlled to adapt to different occasions and applications 

The spray volume is about 400 ml/min. The particle size of the spray is 10-150μm(adjustable). Therefore, it takes 12.5 min to use all the solutions for the 5L sprayer.

Corrosion Free Material

The chemical liquid pipeline is made of silicone, which is resistant to corrosion, high and low temperature, and is not easy to age.

It can effectively reduce the corrosion of the machine pipeline by spraying disinfectant and other corrosive chemical liquid, and reduce the maintenance cost of the user.

Does it come with a disinfectant liquid?
No, it doesn't. You need to buy disinfectant separately.

What type of liquids/disinfectants should I use with it?
It is recommended to use chlorine dioxide as a disinfectant liquid. It is harmless for the human body as well. You MUST NOT use any alcoholic or acidic disinfectant with this device. It will corrode the hose pipe and can severely damage the product's life span. 

How big of an area can it cover?
The spray distance is 6-8 meters. You can spray around 400 ml per minute. So it will take around 12-15 minutes to spray all 5L liquid. The spray speed can be adjusted. With 5L liquid, you can disinfect up to 600-800 sq ft area. 

What type of liquids are not allowed to use?
Do not use bleaching powder (Calcium hypochlorite), alcohol, gasoline, benzene, or any other corrosive chemicals.

Do I have to wipe down after I finish fogging with this?
No, it doesn't require you to wipe the sprayed area. Even if you spray it on your body, it won't make you wet. The liquid is compressed and sprayed in the form of small particles ( 0-20 microns). As a result, it can easily dissolve in the air and can kill the germs without making the place wet.

Do you offer any warranty?
