United States Army 5th Military Information Support Operations Battalion Unit Crest
Criteria: This item is the unit crest of the 5th Military Information Support Operations Battalion. The design consist of several stylized black arrows on an oval silver backdrop. The two bent arrows represent enemy propaganda which distorts and bends the truth. The straight arrow represents truth and knowledge and is positioned breaking the curved enemy arrows. Also known as distinctive unit insignia, this item was designed specifically for wear on the Army Dress Blue (ASU) Uniform.
