United States Army 937th Engineer Group Unit Crest

The design features a crossed pickaxe and bayonet which are tools of combat engineering and when crossed symbolize readiness and strength. The colors scarlet and white allude to the unit's Engineer designation. The four ermine spots commemorate the unit's World War II service in Europe.
