Operation:
1. Open the battery compartment, put into the corresponding battery and close the battery compartment tightly.
(Note: Open the battery compartment, it will stop working, close the battery compartment completely, it will start to work.)
2. Insert the earplug to the hearing aid, put the hearing aid in your ear and move it up and down to insure it on the right position, adjust the volume to get the clear sound.
3. If you feel the whistling sound, please make sure if you put the earplug tightly, or if you use a appropriate size earplug.
4. Please take out the battery or turn off the hearing aid when you stop to use the hearing aid.
(Note: Be sure the hearing aid is in “Off” position or volume is in the minimum volume of “1”, otherwise the instant sound will take you feel uncomfortable.)
Maintenance:
The hearing aid doesn’t work. Check as follow:
1. Hearing aid is power off
2. The battery is in correct direction
3. Run out of battery
4. The earphone is damaged
5. The earphone is broken
Sound is very light:
1. Volume is too low, please increase the volume
2. Battery is low, please replace a new battery
Clean off direct of the hearing aid case using a soft dry cloth.
Note:
- Please don’t use the hearing aid at a high volume for a long time, It will damage your hearing.
- Please maintain the product all the time in order to avoid the earplug and microphone opening being blocked by foreign objects.
- Please don’t use when showering, swimming, raining or wet environment, please don’t expose the hearing aid under sunshine, get close to a stove or other heat sources.
- Please protect the hearing aid carefully and avoid dropping it on the floor.
