This is a breathtaking Santo Domingo/ Navajo heishi turquoise necklace. This peice contains outstanding graduating turquoise heishi that measures around 1/8" in diameter to about 3/8" in diameter. Seperating the double strand jacla pendant from the double strand necklace is a large disc shaped spiny oyster shell that measures around 7/8" in diameter. Resting at the bottom of each jacla pendant are phenomenal large teardrop shaped spiny oyster shells. Accenting the necklace at the ends are beautiful corals with accenting brown to white shell heishi. This is a quality piece here as the turquoise appears to possibly be from the fabulous Number 8 turquoise mine. Cir. Mid century . The length of the necklace measures around 40". Sturdy 165 grams.
