United States Army Special Forces Tab - Dress Metal
Criteria: Awarded to a soldier who has completed either the Special Forces Qualification Course, or the Special Forces Detachment Officer Qualification Course, at the U.S. Army JFK Special Warfare Center and School, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Soldiers awarded the Special Forces Tab are authorized to wear it for the remainder of their military careers, even when no longer serving in a Special Forces command. Only three permanent tabs may be worn at once, these are (in order of precedence): the President's Hundred Tab, the Special Forces Tab, the Ranger Tab, and the Sapper Tab.
