How do I use it?
? Please wash it before using it for the first time.
? Very easy to use. It even has a snap button to tie it to your panties.
? To clean it, rinse in cold water or machine wash and just let dry.
? If there are stains on it, you can add a little salt in cold or warm water to wash by hand or machine.
? Do NOT use hot water as this can set any stains.
? If you are not planning to wash right away, you can soak your menstrual pad or let it dry until your next laundry.
? Expose it to the hot sun.
? Do not iron nor use bleach or fabric softener, because it can reduce the life of menstrual pad and be harmful to the body at the same time.

How do they impact the environment?
