Rock-N-Roll chain lube is a favorite around the Bicycle Warehouse Service Department mainly because it cleans and lubes at the same time. If you're an extreme mountain biker get the BLUE version. It's more waxed based and helps to keep dirt and moisture out of the chain. Roadies will want the RED Absolute Dry version. Very light and picks up little or no road dirt. The GOLD is for whatever lube application you want.
