Cupcake toppers arrive separate from labels. Some assembly required by means of affixing labels to toppers. Cupcake wrappers ship flat and ends attach easily to fit around cupcakes. Cupcake wrappers feature a light polka dot pattern and come with Cupcake Toppers that are the same color as the wrappers. CUPCAKES ARE NOT INCLUDED.
Size: Cupcake Toppers: 1.5" diameter x 4" tall. Cupcake Wrappers: fits standard cupcake size, approx. 2.5" diameter at top and tapers to 2" diameter at bottom.
