DIRECTIONS: Give your feet extra attention before going to bed: Soak your feet for about 10 minutes in water and pat dry. Using your fingers, scoop out a sufficient amount of your COFFEE FOOT SCRUB and gently exfoliate your feet. After scrubbing, gently rub your heels and/or any other problematic part of your feet with a loofah and if needed, add more of your FOOT SCRUB to help remove dead skin.
Scrub your feet 3-5 times a week in the shower.
Treat your feet by giving a little more attention, beginning with moisturizing them at least twice a day. Apply a heavier, oil-based moisturizer, then slip on a pair of thin cotton socks at bedtime to help the moisturizer work. Moisturize and heal your feet with our Hand and Foot Butter.
