Use the chart below to work out your size, measuring yourself using a tape measure as follows;

• To measure your chest wrap the measure around your chest just beneath the armpits
• To measure your waist wrap the measure around your waist level with your belly button
• To measure your hips wrap the tape around your hips at the widest point where your hip bone protrudes
