Using a "Create Magic" Gift Card at the Treasure Studios Art checkout
When making a purchase in Treasure Studios Art, you can redeem the value of a "Create Magic" gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping. When you redeem a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:
- If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete order.
- If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
Note:
If you want to buy a gift card for someone else, then you need to forward the gift card email to the recipient. Remember this is a form of currency on the Treasure Studios Art shop, security of the email is up to you and the recipient.

How do I check my balance?
You can't check your own gift card balance, but you can contact Treasure Studios Art and we can send the balance information to you.
Can I customize the gift card redemption code?
No, the 16-character redemption codes are randomized for your security. Please only enter this code into the checkout when prompted.
If I lose my gift card redemption code, can you send it to me again?
No, we do not have access to the redemption code, only you do on purchase. Please keep the email sent to you secure.
Why haven't I received my "Create Magic" Gift card as yet?
Every card redemption code is emailed automatically on purchase to the email supplied. Check to ensure the email has not gone to your junk box. You can click Resend gift cards from your order confirmation email. This link will only work if the order has been sent out already.
