Take your first bite...Deja vu! You’re back in Paris enjoying a delightful crepe at a corner cafe. What is a crepe? Crepes are like a really (I mean, really) thin pancake. When you pour it on the griddle, (they are easy to make) it has the consistency of cream. After cooking, remove and decide if you want sweet or savory. If sweet, fill it up with berries, cream cheese, jam, bananas or chocolate. If savory, try cheese, bacon, eggs and potatoes. Your imagination is your limit and Bo’s Best Crepes have no limit! Mix makes about 22 (8") crepes.
