We will contact you regarding your design and all the specific details like charm bail, colors of Stones, your Plating color & etc. your logo can be hand draw or a digital image from your graphic designer.
Within 3 to 5 business days we will send you a digital 3D CAD Design of your item for your approval.
After that your custom design above by you will goes into the production line.we will contact you soon as your pendant is ready to ship & send you official finished pics.

The entire process takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any custom made jewelry.
In custom jewelry there is a lot of labor and materials involve to create your design or logo.
If you have a very any unique or design please contact us first. Difficult and extremely detailed designs may need extra attention & require extra labor fees.
