The Online Customize Plan is designed in a 3, 6, 9, or 12 month package options. Every plan comes with a customize nutrition and workout plan created specifically for you weekly. For all first time clients we offer a 30 day introductory Plan to trial the services offered.
This plan is for the individual that would like daily interaction with their coach, weekly feedback, and a more target hands on approach to online training. The individual that completes this plan must participate in mandatory weekly check-in‘s to include photos and weight/measurement updates. This is to ensure that every week your plan is changing to suit your fitness health goals.
Plans are customized and evaluated weekly to keep you moving forward. You will have direct access to your coach via text, Skype, or FaceTime.
Prior to the purchase of any customized online training a free consultation is required to discuss your individual needs. These consultations are available via Skype, FaceTime, or In person meetings.
