1.Photo, words, text, cartoon character all can be customized, please place the order and send your photo or text to our email support@azpineapple.com with your ORDER NUMBER.
2.The printed image will be unclear if the size is small, so if you want to customize the photo, it is best to choose more than 12cm.
3.Customized product is exclusive products, so we do not support cancellation of orders. Please make sure you have enough time to wait before making your order. Thank you for your understanding.
Tips:
1. Half-length photo with clear face is the best .
2. Please make sure your picture is clear and photo more than 70% of portraits.
3. If you want 8CM or 10CM, please make sure the no more than 30 characters
4. We will default to remove the background, if you want to keep the background, please send an email or leave a message in note part.
6. If you want to print photos of 4 or above people(family photo), we recommend 20CM.
7. Photo and text printed on one lamp is acceptable, photo on the front, text on the back.
8. Please choose your favorite picture and send it to us in your order without hesitation, if the photo cannot print, we will contact you.
