· request for return is submitted in form of email to us within fourteen (14) days from the date you received the item.
· The item MUST be in ORIGINAL condition, You must tell us what the defect is and give us your ID.
· Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee, you can choose the cheapest way to send the item back to us.
· If the item is defective, a replacement will be sent or full refund will be issued once the item is received.
· If the item is returned NOT because of defective or not as described, restocking fee (15% of purchase price) will be applied and refund will be issued when the item is received.
