D.O.T. Distinguished Service Medal Ribbon
Criteria:
The D.O.T. Distinguished Service Medal is a medal presented in the name of the Secretary of Transportation for exceptional service to the United States government in a position of great responsibility within the United States Coast Guard. Created by President George H.W. Bush on December 7th, 1992, it was later replaced in 2003 by the Homeland Security Distinuished Service Medal after the United States Coast Guard was moved under their purview.
