Fortunately, so far, this has not been a problem for any of our brides . We highly recommend all our brides have their measurements professionally taken. Because each body is exceptional, you might find that going to a local alterations shop is an easy way to make the dress fit exactly how you like it to fit, particularly for tight-fitting dresses. CHANGE OF MIND
Unfortunately, we do not refund due to change of mind unless you have emailed us less than 24 hours before we have processed your order with our atelier. If we haven’t started your dress you are more than welcome to change your order but we cannot refund. We cannot either refund you if you feel that dress does not suit you, as this dress was made specifically for you.
THE PROCESS
When you have chosen your dream dress, it’s time to get some butterflies and officially begin your little journey with our design team Yaniv Persy Bridal , On your dress’ page, click ‘Add to cart’. The page will ask you to indicate your general size (0-16) and the color in some cases. Don’t worry too much about sizing as we’ll confirm the details according to our size chart using your measurements in the next step. Once we have received your order, we sugest to add clear image of yourself front and back with tight clothing, we’ll send you an email requesting the professional measurements of your bust, waist (smallest measurement of your torso), hips (lower bottom – not bones), and hollow to hem (with wedding shoes on). Once we have received your details, we’ll match you to the generic sizing of our size chart. You are not required to do anything else at this stage, besides plan the rest of your big day, of course! Once you receive your dress, alterations / tweaks are very common. All alteration costs are covered by the Bride. The options of payment are PayPal and credit card. Paypal is our preferred method but please choose the option most convenient to you.If you have any questions before or after ordering, don’t hesitate to email us. We only offer certain changes to our designs. Please see available color variations with each dress.Unfortunately, changes cannot be accepted once the order has been processed.

You may end up needing small alterations unless you fit to measure the chances are smaller (many brides do, especially as the wedding draws near, we’ve seen brides go through major size fluctuations in the weeks before the big day), but we want your dress to start as close to size as possible. If you’re a true 4 order a 4. If you’re between measured sizes, always order up measure to fit. Order the size of your largest measurement (i.e. if you’re a size 4 in the bust, but size 6 in the waist, order the size 6 or FTM ). Every body is different and your dress may need some tweaking in alterations to fit you like a glove. And, even if your dress fits perfectly out of the box (lucky you!), we’ve also seen many brides’ sizes fluctuate as it gets closer to the big day. All of our gowns are designed thoughtfully with the requirements of different body types in mind. And construction details such as center back zippers and deep whip-stitched hems are designed to be alterations friendly.We also offer some fit customizations to make alterations easier: lowering waistlines for taller brides, offering longer hem lengths for taller brides, or raising necklines or backs for additional modesty or coverage. Should you require more room in the bust or shoulders, we recommending sizing up. Unfortunately, If your order of Persy’s gowns is custom-made to order, final gowns, once purchased, cannot be returned unless it is off the rack standard sizing XS-XL. If you need to make any changes to your order, email us ASAP within Max 7 days after order made so we can modify or cancel your order before our atelier get to work.
