Damascus chef knife size

The Damascus serbian chef knife has the particularity of being a multi-purpose knife, allowing the same tool to be used for many different culinary tasks.

The knife's case is hand sewn from a sheath of Italian vegetable tanning, making it resistant, ethical and aesthetic.

The knife handle is made from black sandalwood. This extremely resistant material does not absorb water and does not conduct electricity, to give you maximum comfort and safety.

This Serbian knife is forged in VG10 damascus steel, this stainless steel is very appreciated in the world of cutlery for its high carbon content. The blade is the unique reflection of the result of the successive folds of the steel.
The heart of the blade is made of VG10 steel, a high-end steel highly appreciated in kitchen cutlery for its high carbon content. The carbon improves the hardness of the alloy to give it a score of 61+/-1 on the Rockwell scale.
The top layer is 410 stainless steel which protects the VG10 more sensitive to corrosion. The waves of damascus blade is visible on the bottom of the cutting surface for a new effect.
