Precautions:
1 Place the seeds in a cool dry place.
2 not cold, winter temperature not lower than 5c

 Germination :    Heat some water in a saucepan until it boils ,Remove from the heat , place the seeds in the boiling water for a few minutes ,Slowly add cool water until the temperature is warm ,Allow the seeds to soak in the pan overnight , remove the seeds from the pan , using your fingers rub the skin of the seeds .Fill the planting container with compost and water well and let it drain , make a hole with your finger to a depth of one inch , place a seed in each hole cover the hole with compost , space the seeds about 3 inches apart so it will be easier to transplant , or plant one seed in each pot ,continue to water the compost regularly to keep moist but never overwater . When the seedling are several inches tall replant them and place them in a sunny location .

 La Delonix Regia, conosciuto da noi come Albero del Fuoco, é ampiamente diffuso ai Tropici, dove viene chiamato “Flamboyant”, ossia “fiammeggiante” e questo per l'aspetto della sua fioritura, appariscente e color rosso fuoco che, anche in presenza di vento lieve, conferisce alla pianta un'apparenza di fiamma, tale che a vederlo se ne resta incantati. Ma anche il nome latino ne contraddistingue le particolarità: delonix deriva dal greco e significa “unghia all'ingiù”, in riferimento all'aspetto dei petali e regia ne sottolinea il portamento regale. In effetti si tratta di un albero maestoso che supera i 15 metri d'altezza, con rami allargati che portano foglie bipennate e con una abbondante, spettacolare e profumata fioritura dal colore rosso-arancio. Il frutto è un baccello che raggiunge i 50 centimetri. Questa pianta è ottima come Bonsai.
