The 1/35 scale figure set from Dragon depicts four German servicemen who are participating in the Battle of Arnhem. The four figures are cleanly and sharply sculpted by the famous Japanese sculptor Hirano Yoshitaka for maximum life likeness, and together they form a vignette straight out of the box. Two wounded tankers have survived the destruction of their tank by British paratroopers, and they now aid each other as they make their way to a casualty treatment center. These bandaged figures are designed to fit together as a pair in this realistic pose. They are supported by two panzergrenadiers from one of the units thrown into Arnhem to stop the British. These remaining figures are well made in terms of pose, proportion and detail, including one soldier offering a cigarette to the wounded tankers. While these four figures are ideal for a scene from the desperate fighting in Arnhem, they are also versatile enough to be used in a different scene or theater should a modeler choose to do so.
