We would lower the declared value of item price, which would not cause tax generally speaking. However, some specific countries like Brazil or Greece, the custom department might consider it as higher value items sometimes by express shipping. And DHL to United Kingdom need the lowest value over 40$, please note it.
So if you know about your countries's custom issue, please tell us and suggest a better way of shiiping such as Air Mail Post which would not cause tax. We would do the best to control risk of getting tax, but we are not 100% sure to avoid any taxes.:)
