How to use 

1.Wear on the leg massager, and keep your feet flat on the bottom. 

2.Use the straps to tightly secure your legs into the massager.

4. Move your legs to make sure that the massager is securely fastened.

5. Connect the two air pressure connections with the handheld controller.

6. Press the power button to start the massager, while the LED will stay on.

7.Adjust the air pressure strength and mode, the LCD will show your selections. 

NOTE 

1.The massager will automatically shut off after 20minutes, if you still want to go on, please just start the massager again. 

2.For best results, do not use the leg massager for more than an hour.

3.If the massager wet do not use, confirm it completely dry before using.
