These are not medical grade masks, however they will limit the involuntary touching of the mouth with hands that can be infected and will also help prevent from spreading germs when you sneeze or cough, so you are helping to protect those around you.
1. The back side of the masks have an opening for you to insert a disposable filter if you'd like.
2. If the mask is not tight enough you may simply tie the elastic bands in a knot to make them fit tighter
3. Machine wash often with warm water and detergent to make sure they stay clean and sanitary.
Filter Pocket: These include a filter pocket in the back for ease of use. They do not include a filter. Please research for appropriate filter material for your use.
