What enhancements do we make to your photo?
- BASIC CROPPING AND FRAMING: We will make sure the subject(s) of your photo are the focus of your diamond painting.
- SHADOW AND HIGHLIGHT ENHANCEMENTS:We will make sure few details will be lost in the very dark or very bright areas of your image.
- BRIGHTNESS AND CONTRAST ADJUSTMENTS: Our goal here is to make sure your diamond painting is bright, detailed, and full of wonderful colors.
- OPTIMIZED COLOR CORRECTION: Sometimes, unexpected colors may turn up in your diamonds. Black areas in photos may contain shades of green or brown when converted to diamond painting. We'll do our best to keep color code your painting to retain color fidelity.

FAQs about Custom Projects
Q: The picture I want to customize is in a square format. Can you make it vertical?
A: Yes we can. We will crop you picture according to the size you have chosen and revert it back to you for approval before sending to print.
To get the best final result, we suggest to choose a ratio similar to your picture. This will reduce the area we need to crop.
Q: I have a picture I want to customize but I don't want the background in it. Is there a way to leave it out?
A: Yes we can edit the picture for you before sending it to print. Once we receive your detailed instructions on how you'd like your picture to be edited, we will send it back to you for final approval. Once approved we will send it to print. You can choose a background of any color.
Q: I'd like to customize a picture but I'm not sure which size I should choose.
A: Choose the size you're most comfortable with from our dropdown menu above. Consider that the bigger the size, the higher the resolution of the final artwork will be.
Q: My picture looks a little grainy. Will the painting come out that way?
A: The quality of the picture you provide will not affect the quality of the final output. However, we recommend you provide a good high resolution file. The higher the resolution, the sharper the details.
Q: I haven't found the size I am looking for in your dropdown menu. Can I choose another size?
A: Yes, we can print any size. Please contact us through our chat or via email custom@easywhim.com for a specific quote. Please note: delivery might take longer in this case.
