GAIN STRENGTH AND RECOVER FROM WRIST INJURIES!
The Gyro Ball is about the size of a tennis ball and works with the magic of a gyroscope to help rehabilitate and strengthen finger and wrist muscles. You'll be amazed by the resistance felt, with minimal effort. Fantastic for all ages and whether you are recovering from an injury or just want to gain strength in your wrists.
Improve your motor skills, increase blood flow, and help strengthen the arm all the way from fingertips to the shoulder as a form of isometric exercise from the resistance to the centrifugal force created by the Gyro Ball.
PROTECTIVE WRIST STRAP
Don't worry, it won't take off! The Gyro Ball comes with a handy wrist strap with size adjustment for smaller and larger wrists. That way you can spin for as long as you want. If you need to let go, you and the wrist strap will stop it from fallen and damaging the gyro ball (or your toes)!
MAKE IT GLOW
The energy you produce while spinning the ball is enough to brightly illuminate red LEDs so you can see how hard you are working. The faster it spins the brighter the LEDs will go.
STURDY CONSTRUCTION
These Gyro Balls are built to last. We have put these through their paces, spinning them while we work at our desk or while we sit and relax to watch TV. The quality construction means you can rely on this for a long time to come.
RUBBER GRIP
The outer case is made of solid transparent plastic and features a rubber grip around the circumference of the ball, making it easy to hold on to.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Simply apply pressure to the rotating inner ball, (just like you're winding back a pull-back toy car) the release of energy gets you started then start with a gentle rotation of your wrist (not your arm) and as you rotate your wrist faster, the speed and resistant force of the Gyro Ball will increase. If you are keen push yourself and feel how hard it can become to maintain your grip. Or if you are recovering, keep it slow and build the speed over time.
