They still make these mugs using traditional methods, however, few modern tools such as drills and lathes are used for better precision while making these mugs.
Each mug is made from a single piece of wood and even the handle of every mug is handmade. The wood used goes through 13 levels of quality check. Each mug goes through multiple stages of sanding and polishing to give them the smooth feel and edge that makes them so comfortable to hold and drink from.
