In this prayer Moses asks God for mercy and healing for his sister Miriam while she was in agony of leprosy. The verse אל נא רפא נא לה symbols and exemplify the great power of prayer for any sick person and in a great time of need. An appeal to God ( אל נא רפא נא לה ) for mercy and healing as did Moses.
