1) The order is only for one piece of wedding dress. It won`t come along with any accessories, such as hat, tulle gloves,veil and etc.
2) We have our own factory,so you can choose custom made or color change when you make a order for this dress .You just need pay 30 usd (for custom made fee) or another 30 usd (for colour change fee ).But color changing and custom-made dress can not be returned.So please confirm your size carefully when you want to change the color ,and give us the right measurement when you custom-made the dress.
3)there may be a slight color difference between the photo and the finished dress (this is not an error). Thank you!
4) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer`s responsibility.Please check with your country`s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

How to measure your size
Please follow the measurement in above structions, and measure yourself carefully. When you place an order with us ,you can leave your measurement sand colour for your dresses in remark box or you can write a message by seller contact email ,such as .( Bust .Waist .Hips .Shoulder to Waist .Outer Leg .Shoulder to Shoulder . Stature/Height ) in 24 hours ,so that you can receive the dress quickly !If you need any other color or special requirement, please contact me by email and I will take care of your request personally.

Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.
Formal Dresses
It will take 11-13 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will then take about 3-5working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard
Wedding Dresses
It will take 15-17 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-5working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.
Returns Information
All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equalling 25% of the item price. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
