1. Sometimes there's duties. The duties were charged by your country. So, it's your responsibility to clear customs. If you have methods to avoid high duties, please tell me after you order. We'll cooperate with you. Thanks for your understanding.
2. The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as veils, gloves, petticoat inside and so on. Bidding is only for the dress! If you want accessories, please contact us!
3. It's normal that if there's chromatic aberration because of different screen and light.
4. Dress can be made in custom size, color, design. We strongly suggest you find a professional tailor to measure for you carefully following the Custom Measurements Guideline before buying a gown online.
5. If the dresses are not in stock,they all need to custom-made. The whole custom made process(from the date we receive your payment and measurements) will take 15-35 working days(Urgent orders except).

Return Policies
1. Our cancellations Policy
-Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
-Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
-Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
-Once your order has been shipped,it can no longer be cancelled.
-if the dress havent the quality and size problem,you cant cancel the order only because the dress doesnt fit you.hoping you can understand us,the dress is custom made.we cant sale to other people.
2.Returning for Replacement or Refund
