When the Instapump Fury was launched back in 1994 it was not just considered to be an inflatable construction featuring a minimalistic design. It was conceived to be widely modern and truly groundbreaking - even the weight of the traditional lacing system was regarded to beunnecessary - and as a direct consequence “The Pump” was introduced. The functionality of “The Pump” is unmistakeable. Air is simply being pumped into the construction replacing the traditional lacing system. You simply pump until the shoe fits comfortably - and when the time comes you simply open the valve and let the air out.
