1. Are all the pictures are real ?
Yes. All the photos are turely shooted by ourself, but color may be different because of the difference of monitor settings.If you want to see the real picture,we could provide it for you,pls don't worry and we have our own factory.
2. How about the refund/replacement ?
a. If you don't like the items, please contact us in 3 days after order be received, if the items in your possession over 4 days, it is considered used and we won't issue you a refund or replacement.
b. If there is any quality problems, please contact us first. The buyer should give us the pictures about the defects, we will check it and solve the problems.
c. The items should be in original condition and package with all componentsand accessories included, or you can choose to have a replacement.
d. Return shipping should be paid by the buyer.
3. If I order it, when you ship my orders?
We will send your orders within 48 hours (during working day). If the products are sold out, they will be sent in 7 days mostly.
