Relax your mind and pamper your body with this organic lavender bath mix.
This mix is wonderful to use before going to bed or if you have skin issues such as psoriasis or eczema as the essential oils I have included such as lavender, chamomile, neroli and more fight infections and help the healing process.
Use: Sprinkle up to two handfuls of salt mix in a warm bath. Soak at least 20 minutes for therapeutic benefit. A 14-ounce container is good for 2-3 baths.
What makes our bath salts special:
We use only high quality, organic products including a mix of sea salts known for their therapeutic effect such as the Dead Sea Salts and Redmond Sea Salt. Redmond, harvested in Utah, is extremely high in minerals and clay that help detoxify and remineralize the body. Redmond clay is used to boost the detoxifying abilities and essential oils aid the healing. Sachets of wild and organically grown medicinal herbs that can be added to the salt mix are available as well as an appropriate crystal for meditation and healing support.
The mixes are blended with the intent that if we honor Mother Earth, she will nurture us.
