of New Zealand and used in the filming of Peter Jackson's adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of The Rings
Isildur was the son of king Elendil, who used the broken hilt of Narsil to cut the One Ring from Sauron's finger. This helm was crafted referencing the original filming prop as seen in the prologue to The Fellowship of the Ring. This replica of Isildur's Helmet is handcrafted in iron with embossed brass decorations with a weathered and distressed finish. It is fully wearable and includes a silkscreened wood display stand. The interior is lined with genuine leather for comfort and durability. Limited to an edition of only 2000 pieces. Each helmet is individually serialized on a solid brass plate mounted on the inside back of the helmet to insure authenticity.
