Neigh Lox is a scientifically proven equine antacid. Gastric ulcers can wreak havoc on a horse. Constant insult of the stomach wall by gastric acid can trigger ulceration. Signs of gastric ulcers include a slack in performance or growth, a shift in attitude and poor appetite. The active ingredients in Neigh-Lox buffer gastric acid as well as protect and preserve the stomach lining from continuous exposure to gastric acid. The acid-neutralizing properties of Neigh-Lox are conferred by dihydroxy-aluminium, sodium carbonate and calcium carbonate while aluminium phosphate serves as a gentle coating agent.Directions: For growing horses 6 to 12 months of age, add 2 oz of NEIGH-LOX to each grain meal. For yearlings 12 to 24 months of age, add 4 oz of NEIGH-LOX to each grain meal. For horses in training, add 4 oz of NEIGH-LOX to each grain meal.
