Payment
We support the following payment methods. All payments made on AliExpress are processed by Alipay.
1. Money only released to us after you confirmed the delivery or delivery time is over.
2. After you canceled the order, the Aliexpress system will refund you within 7-15 business days.
Shipping
1. Orders will be processed within 48 hours after your payment confirmed.
Tracking information will usually be updated within 72 hours.
The shipping way of small packet would be without tracking information after it leave its original country, so the tracking information didn't update since then.
2. We ship all of our items worldwide by the shipping way you choose or a faster shipping way. After we shipped your items, It needs about 15-60 days (more or less) to your country in general. It may depends on the local customs clearance which we can’t control.
3. Our price is not including Taxes, VAT or other hidden charges, We are not responsible for customs duties.
4. We only ship to the address in your order. Please do remember to write the correct contact info (Name, Address, Phone etc. ) when you submit your order. Then, if you want to change your address, you have to cancel the existing order and place a new order. International shipping is very hard to predict,Once it was send out , we can't change it anymore.
