1. We only ship your parcel strictly upon you confirmed mailing address. We are not responsible for missing parcel with unconfirmed mailing address.
2. We ship the items within 3 business days from Monday to Friday (China Time) after payment.
Most items would be shipped within 3 working day (except public holidays and unexpected things) by airmail or EMS (Express Mail Service).
3. The estimated delivery dates are 15 - 20 days by small package, 5 - 7 day by EMS Our experience

Returns
Please contact us if there is any problem within 4 days of receipt. If the item is damaged / lost

in original condition first and we will refund the payment on time when we receive the item.
If there is no item in stock and you disagree to replace with the similar item, we will refund in full.

1. If the item is defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will gladly exchange and replace any defective items within 7 business days of receipt of items without extra charge.
