The motor unit box is the heart of the door opener. Automatically opens at dawn and closes at dusk. Lifts a door up to 6 pounds. Rugged construction is waterproof and weatherproof. Door automatically stops if a chicken or any sized poultry breed is going through the door while its closing, and closed again when they're through.
Surface mount technology printed circuit board is: triple varnished, all steel gear driven motor, and comes with an adjustable light sensor for approximate opening and closing times due to your location and coop door placement.
