Complete Body Care Sampler
Body Mask: Increases blood circulation and detoxifies you from head to toe. This special deep treatment purifies and nourishes your skin, for youthful, healthy, unbelievable soft skin. It can be used to treat body acne, psoriasis, rashes, burns, sunburns and basically any skin irritation. The herb blend promotes cell regeneration and builds skin's immunity to environmental damage. The clay blend is primarily Sodium Bentonite for its extreme pulling ability that removes toxins and heavy metals. The other three clays are high in vitamins and minerals, emollient, detoxifying, and the Rhassoul Clay actually adds moisture to your skin!
Directions: Mix at least 1/3 cup clay with filtered water until clay falls easily off the spoon. Avoid using metal when mixing as metal decreases the clays pulling ability. Apply on face and body, let dry, and gently scrub off with a warm washrag and no soap. No moisturizer is necessary afterwards but following up with your favorite oil couldn't hurt. This detoxifying treatment is most effective after a hot shower or after a bath. Also makes a great addition to a detoxing bath. Add 1/3 of a cup or more to your bath, for a deeper detox add sea salt and/or Apple Cider Vinegar. A good detoxing bath should last 45 minutes or more.
Skin Soothing Body Oil: This blend is comprised of the most soothing, nutrient rich skin care herbs and oils for a heavy dose of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids. These herbs are very effective at treating a variety of skin ailments including, acne, eczema, scars, age spots, psoriasis, sunburns, irritation and rashes from bug bites or plants. The herbs and oils used have anti-aging qualities to diminish wrinkles, firm and even skin tone. Use head to toe for nourished skin and to prevent and reverse environmental skin damage.
Directions: Apply day or night, let absorb 5 minutes before getting dressed.
Energizing Body Scrub: The base is comprised of six skin loving oils infused with ancient herbs known to increase mental clarity, decrease stress, uplift the spirit, cleanse your aura and increase physical energy. Not only will you receive a dose of energy but this blend of herbs helps create a force field that negative energy bounces right off of! Clear out any stagnant negative energy and make room for love and healing energy with some of my favorite ancient herb friends, Myrrh and Juniper Berries. Himalayan Sea Salt helps to cleanse pores deeply and thwart bacteria that can instigate breakouts and acne. It restores the skin’s natural pH, exfoliates the impurities and excess oil from clogged pores, and promotes the growth of new skin cells. Sea salt contains zinc, which balances oil production to correct oily or dry skin and it contains sulfur, which keeps skin smooth. Salt Scrubs detoxify and stimulate circulation for a youthful glow and healthy skin.
Directions: Apply to dry skin, rubbing in a circular motion and short strokes towards your heart. Follow with a hot shower or bath.
Face & Body Wash: Most soaps are harsh and throw off skin's pH balance, creating dryness and increasing chances of skin irritations, ailments and environmental damage. This sensitive skin friendly, Apple Cider Vinegar blend corrects skin's pH balance for a healthy protective acid mantle layer, which is needed to protect our skin from germs, bacteria and pollution. It also kills bacteria, removes excess dirt, oil and makeup and dissolves dead skin cells. The vinegar's natural alpha-hydroxy acids and acetic acid will stimulate circulation, tighten skin, cleanse clogged pores, kill acne bacteria and minimize pores. The Raw & Organic Apple Cider Vinegar has been cold infused with the most soothing, nutrient rich, skin care herbs. This blend is full of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids. These herbs are very effective at treating a variety of skin ailments including, acne, eczema, wrinkles, scars, age spots, psoriasis, sunburns, irritation and rashes from bug bites or plants. The infused ACV is combined with a dash of Kaolin clay for cleansing, detoxification and exfoliation. Directions: Apply to face and body using rag, cotton pad, loofah, konjac sponge or palm, avoiding eyes. Rinse off. Use daily instead of soap or following soap to correct pH. Can also be used as shampoo/conditioner.
